At AURUM by Guðbjörg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original AURUM packaging, ensuring it is securely wrapped and includes all original documentation and tags.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our Reykjavik studio using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
