All AURUM jewelry is handcrafted in our workshop in Reykjavík using recycled 925 sterling silver and 14k or 18k gold. We take pride in using ethically sourced gemstones and sustainable materials to minimize our environmental footprint.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer DHL Express shipping to most countries, typically delivering within 2-5 business days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your AURUM piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made items are non-returnable.
How should I care for my AURUM jewelry?
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in the provided AURUM box. For silver pieces, use a soft polishing cloth to remove any natural oxidation.
